What to Bring

Wear a bathing suit under your clothes, sandals that strap on your feet or tennis shoes (no flip flops or slip-ons), sunscreen, and bring a hat (recommended) and a reusable water bottle. Remember, cotton is a negative insulator (meaning it makes you colder), so fleeces or quick drying materials are optimal. All river gear will be provided for you, and on cooler days that includes insulating gear.
