Our Farm to Table Dinner Cruises showcase the two things we are most passionate about: pristine rivers and local organic California cuisine.
Let us whitewater, wine, and dine you on the beautiful Trinity River!
Join us for a one-of-a-kind experience that begins with either a leisurely float down a picturesque Class 2 section of the Trinity River, or a bunch of exciting whitewater rapids that ends with an equally beautiful farm to table style dinner served on the beach. This trip is one of our favorites because we get to float down the river at a unique time of day, where we have the opportunity to see far more wildlife….think beaver, otter, and possibly even a bear sighting!
These trips are ideal for groups wanting a more relaxing river experience, or couples wanting a more romantic and private excursion.
All of the produce served is local, organic, and cooked fresh on-site. While our menu is flexible, a fan favorite is Pacific salmon cooked over a fire while our guests sit back and enjoy a variety of hors d’ oeuvres. Dietary restrictions are easily accommodated for. Dinner will include appetizers, Local Beer and/or Wine, main course, grilled/sauteed veggies, salad, and dutch oven desert. Yum!

Scenic Dinner Trips meet at our upriver home in Junction City at 2pm, arriving back at the shop around 9pm. This is available as Class l-lll. The cost varies based on number of guests and menu, but typically is $175/adult and $160/youth.
We often offer these trips on set dates throughout the season, but can also arrange special trips catered just for your group. Groups rates and locals discounts do apply.
